●About shipping
Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We will arrange delivery on the nearest shipping date, which is three days after the order date.
If you have a preferred shipping date, please enter it in the special notes section when placing your order.
After you place your order, we will send you an email to let you know the shipping date.
●Delivery method
The 100 size vegetable set will be delivered by Yamato Transport's refrigerated delivery service.
Regular deliveries of bouquets only will be delivered in 80 size.
If you are only purchasing miscellaneous goods, we will deliver them via Click Post for a flat rate of 220 yen nationwide.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of purchase and are displayed as a flat rate for each region, but may be adjusted depending on the size and number of items purchased.
If you live nearby, you can pick it up in person (free shipping).

●Payment
You can choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
Subscriptions can only be paid by credit card, but if you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us.
If you pay by bank transfer , we will arrange shipping after confirming the transfer.
●Regular purchases
Delivery frequency: Choose from once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month.
Delivery period: June to November. After that, it will be automatically renewed from June of the following year.
●Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I choose the vegetables?
We generally provide seasonal vegetables.
If there is anything you cannot eat due to allergies or health reasons, please write it in the comments section when ordering.
We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q. Can I purchase it on a regular basis?
If you select a subscription when purchasing, your second and subsequent orders will be automatically processed and settled three days before the scheduled shipping date. After placing an order, you will receive an email with the subject "Order Confirmation."
Q. Can I cancel just once if I am unable to receive my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please contact us by email or via the inquiry form at least four days before the shipping date. Please note that your order and payment will be processed automatically three days before the scheduled shipping date.
Q. Can I change the shipping address for my subscription?
You can change your address through My Account on the website.
To temporarily change your address, add the new address on the Confirm Address page in your Account Details and set it as your default address before placing your order.
If you change your address after moving, please change the default address.
Q. Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 7 days before your next shipping date. There is no cancellation fee.
Q. Can I resume my subscription ?
If it is during the vegetable set sales period, you can resume delivery at your convenience. Please contact us by email or inquiry form at least 7 days before the desired delivery date.
Q. Can I change my vegetable set subscription to a vegetable and egg set just once?
Please contact us by email or via the inquiry form at least four days before the shipping date. We will skip the relevant date once, so please purchase the vegetable and egg set only once.
Q. Can I purchase additional individual items after the second vegetable or flower subscription?
Please contact us by email or through our contact form at least four days before your next scheduled delivery date, or you can purchase individual items yourself on our website. In that case, please select "Pick up in store (free shipping)" as your shipping option and be sure to write in the comments section that you would like to include the vegetable set in the same package.
Q: Can I give this as a gift?
We also provide gift wrapping services.
