After harvest, the sweet potatoes were stored at low temperatures for about a month and a half to fully develop their sweetness. They were then carefully dried over low heat.
Starting this year, we've launched a project with our fellow natural farming partner, Kamenoyama Farm, to grow and process sweet potatoes together. This is the first product from that collaboration. Quantities are limited, so get yours while you can!♪
